To make one, you spread butter on two dry biscuits, and spread vegemite on one side. You then put alfalfa shoots on top. The other biscuit is placed on top. This way the "spider's legs" hang over the edge.

Ruth Nicholson, a teacher and librarian from Kilbride, Ontario, wants to share this snack and interesting story.
I was raised on a farm in the Windsor area and every summer my mom and I picked sour cherries from our two cherry trees. Once the cherries were pitted we scooped out a dish full, sprinkled them with brown sugar and poured on the milk. This is a mouth watering treat that has been passed down from my maternal grandmother's side of the family who were Pennsylvania Deutch United Empire Loyalists, granted land in the New Settlement, on the north side of Lake Erie. My children look forward to the sour cherry crop every summer.

Spread some cream cheese on a slightly toasted tortilla and then put a few walnuts on top of the cheese. (Cheese, if eaten in large amounts can affect the brain's memory cells in a negative way...the walnuts have the right oils and amino acids to counter-balance this. This is believed and lived by in old Iranian customs.)

My name is Allen and I live in the south...Mississippi to be exact.

"Yall, this is my favorite snack: Grilled Cheese!"
All you need is cheese, bread, butter, a pan, and a stove. My recipe: Heat the pan or stove for at least 7 minutes (or at least until when butter is dripped on the pan, that it sizzles. When a little bit of butter is put on the bread, cook that side until nice and golden. Do the same for each side of the bread. Then, place the cheese on a cooked side of the bread. Let it sit on the pan for a short while or your masterpiece will burn! Then, take a big bite!

This is a great meal too!

Caution: using the stove can be dangerous. Also, some people can get very sick from cheese. Before serving make sure you don't serve it to someone that does get sick from it.
