A Holiday in Mexico

I thought I'd post a few photos from our long awaited holiday in the town of Ajijic which sits on the edge of Lake Chapala, not too far from Guadalajara, Mexico.

They say that the weather here is the best in the world. So far, I think it's true. We are staying at a Bed and Breakfast, Casa Flores, which is two blocks from the town square, known as 'the plaza'.

All of the streets are narrow, steep and made of cobblestone. It's been a calming and beautiful few days. I envy people who decide to live here full time. The Lake Chapala Society has a very scenic headquarters downtown where many Canadians and Americans congregate in the mornings for coffee and camaraderie.
