Saying Goodbye and Hello

Things have been busy. As the summer draws to a close, Diana has wrapped up her contribution to Bilingual Songs English-Spanish volumes 3 and 4 and is heading off to University in Ottawa. We greet Carolipo, who will be heading up our shipping and receiving department.

We wish Diana the best of luck in Ottawa and are sure we will see her back many times in the future!

Baby Birds and Birthdays. What a Hoot!

We've been celebrating a lot of birthdays. Just recently, Darryl and Andrew had their birthdays one week apart. Of course, we have a party for every single occasion. Do you think we do any work around here?

There have been some other important birthdays too. A mother robin, whose nest is just outside of my office window, now has three young robins who noisily remind her (all the time) that they want to be fed. I've seen these tiny robins grow up so fast. Just last week all three of them were snuggled into the nest. Now all three barely fit. It's just a matter of days before they'll probably start toppling out and trying their wings!
